About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Governance Manager to drive quality, compliance, and operational excellence in occupational health services at KINNECT.

Key Responsibilities
  • Refine, enhance, and implement the clinical governance framework and priorities set by the Board, overseeing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
  • Build capability in our medical support team to enable them to meet our customers' needs.
  • Stay informed about regulatory changes, interpret their implications for KINNECT, and implement necessary adjustments in policy, procedure, and system.
  • Ensure compliance readiness for external audits and liaise with auditors and regulators.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging technology to enhance pre-employment and health surveillance service delivery.
  • Identify, assess, and manage clinical risks, developing strategies to mitigate potential issues.
  • Implement training programs for our occupational health team, including doctors, registered nurses, and medical support staff, related to pre-employment and health surveillance services.
  • Oversee the investigation of clinical incidents, ensuring appropriate action is taken and lessons are learned.
