We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an EAP Clinician.

As a Clinician, you will work with clients to provide short-term solution-focused therapy addressing their current concerns, identifying goals and supporting their journey to improve mental health and wellbeing.

Deliver client support through face-to-face sessions, online chat, tele-health, on-call or a mix across all.

Our organisation is keen to utilise your skills and strengths in counselling and coaching, workplace support, trauma-based work or workplace wellbeing. Choose to specialise in one field or work across all.

You will have the flexibility to choose regular hours Monday to Friday, part-time or evenings/early mornings or weekends or set rostered hours.

What we are looking for:

- Relevant qualifications in Psychology or Mental Health Social Work
- Current AHPRA registration or AASW membership:

- Values-led approach to supporting a client's wellbeing journey
