Enterprise SAP Implementation Specialist

The SAP Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of SAP S/4HANA implementation projects from initiation to completion. This role requires a strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate project activities, manage resources, and ensure timely delivery.
">Key Responsibilities- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure timely delivery.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and business leaders.
- Coordinate project activities, tasks, and resources to ensure project goals are achieved.
- Manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and facilitate decision-making at all levels.
- Regularly report project progress to stakeholders, addressing risks, challenges, and changes to the project scope.
- Good knowledge of technology landscape to be able to guide team.
- Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
- Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in project management, with at least 3–5 years of experience in managing SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery, including managing complex, enterprise-wide systems implementations.
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile) is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and functionality, as well as integration with other business systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
