About the Role

Our organization is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a major construction project. This project will be highly technical and truly career-defining for the successful candidate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing any re-design requirements throughout the construction phase
  • Overseeing contract administration, variations and claims
  • Engaging with contractors and consultants
  • Managing the technical construction/delivery phase of the project
  • Fostering relationships with key stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports as required
  • Managing the staging of construction deliverables, with all impacted stakeholders
Candidate Profile

To be successful in this role, you'll need demonstrated experience managing large-scale construction projects, ideally within a Consultancy or Contractor. You'll also need strong communication skills, an ability to understand 'the big picture' of what the client is trying to achieve, and a willingness to work with team members and deliver outstanding outcomes for clients.
