Outside School Hours Care Manager

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Coordinator to join our team at a state-of-the-art childcare facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children.
The Coordinator will oversee the development and implementation of programs that promote social, emotional, and cognitive growth in children. They will work closely with educators and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality care and education.
The ideal candidate will possess relevant qualifications in child services, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement programs that align with the National Quality Framework (NQF)
- Manage staff and resources to ensure efficient operations
- Collaborate with families and the school community to provide high-quality care and education
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Completed diploma or degree in Child Services or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
- Working with Children Check (WWCC) or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
