Key Responsibilities- Assess and identify rehabilitation and disability support needs for clients.
- Develop personalized intervention strategies and therapy support plans.
- Deliver high-quality clinical services focused on assessment, treatment, and evidence-based practices.
- Facilitate client goal setting and support their journey towards achieving these goals.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary Allied Health team.
- Manage referrals to both internal and external service providers.
- Engage in continuous professional development to stay informed on the latest research and treatment methodologies.
The ideal candidate will possess a balanced approach to managing a diverse caseload, demonstrating a commitment to holistic care and quality support for clients. You will be dedicated to enhancing the lives of our clients through informed exercise advice and support.
Essential Qualifications- A degree in Exercise Physiology.
- Accreditation with Exercise Sports Science Australia (ESSA) as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP).
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience in a private hospital or rehabilitation setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with neurological disorders, including stroke and Parkinson's Disease, is advantageous.
- PD Warrior certification or willingness to pursue training is desirable.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Commitment to customer-centered care and professionalism.
- Proven ability to build lasting relationships with patients.
- A motivated and positive attitude.
