Strategic Account Leadership

We are seeking a results-driven professional to lead strategic account planning, sales opportunity management, and project execution within the process industries and cybersecurity domains.

  • Define and execute mid-to-long-term goals to grow and nurture new and existing accounts, aligning closely with business strategy.
  • Develop customized account strategies, prioritize prospects based on strategic importance, and engage key stakeholders to build lasting relationships and drive sales performance.
  • Take full ownership of the opportunity pipeline in your region, from creation through closure.
  • Evaluate opportunity risks, understand financial constraints, and propose business models that meet client goals.
  • Oversee a small team of project managers, providing leadership and guidance across solution bids and project execution in Process Automation and Networking/Cybersecurity.

Effective people management is central to this position—offering mentorship, setting performance expectations, resolving conflicts, and building a strong, collaborative team culture while ensuring optimal resource allocation.
