As a skilled Nephrology Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to patients with chronic kidney disease.

Job Summary

This is an entry-level position that provides direct patient care under the supervision of a Clinical Manager or experienced nurse. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct Patient Care: Provide individualized care according to established policies and procedures.
  • Patient Assessment: Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement interventions to achieve optimal health outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Teamwork: Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by maintaining open communication, providing feedback, and promoting teamwork.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a current state license.
  • Minimum 9 months experience as a Registered Nurse (preferred).
  • Chronic hemodialysis experience (preferred).
  • Successful completion of FKC Education and Training requirements for new employees.
  • Current CPR BLS Certification.
