Underground Asset Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Team Lead to join our team in Western Australia. This role will involve overseeing the underground maintenance operations, ensuring efficient and timely maintenance support to meet production targets.
The successful candidate will provide supervision of a small team of experienced trades personnel, planning and executing monthly statutory requirements, and promptly resolving any maintenance issues.
This is a diverse role that involves maintaining underground assets, including electrical systems, HV switch gear, network switches, PLCs, fibre optic cabling, and communications.
A key aspect of this role is managing a team of qualified trades personnel, ensuring they have the necessary resources and training to perform their duties effectively.
The ideal candidate will have a Cert III Electrotechnology or equivalent qualification, with extensive experience in underground electrical work, fault finding, and maintenance.
