**Job Overview**
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, coordinating IT support, resolving technical issues, and ensuring compliance with quality assurance standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage the day-to-day running of the office
- Coordinate IT support and resolve technical issues
- Assist with HR administration, including recruitment and onboarding
- Ensure compliance with Quality Assurance and related audits
- Organize meetings and liaise across all levels of the business (internal and external)
- Provide exceptional diary management and travel coordination services
- Distribute meeting minutes and coordinate expense reconciliation
- Serve as the first point of contact for contractors and maintain stationery stock levels
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will have strong administrative experience and a passion for building relationships with others. You will also be an exceptional communicator, possess excellent organizational skills, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
