  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop non-functional requirements for new and old platforms
    • Implement performance tuning solutions and roadmaps for platforms
    • Conduct capacity planning and chaos engineering
    • Lead the design, development, and execution of performance test plans and test cases
    • Oversee analysis of performance test results to identify bottlenecks and areas for optimization

You will work closely with development, DevOps, and data engineering teams to implement performance improvements and provide detailed performance analysis reports to stakeholders. As a mentor, you will guide team members on performance testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
