As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for delivering and supporting regular Epicor, Coupa, and ExpenseMe processes on a timely basis. This includes user maintenance, audits, and month-end processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance systems, specifically with Epicor, Coupa, and ExpenseMe. You will work closely with the Financial Systems Manager to develop strategies to improve these systems and ensure they accurately reflect the true financial position of the Bupa APAC Market Unit.

In this role, you will also play a key part in the development and implementation of future initiatives, upgrades, APIs, and reporting relating to the Epicor, Coupa, and ExpenseMe systems that support financial systems strategies.

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in Business/Information Systems or related disciplines (Accounting degree with CA/CPA desirable)
  • Functional and Analysis experience with Finance Systems (Coupa, ExpenseMe, Epicor desirable) and projects
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Track record of improving finance system processes Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years work experience, (Financial Service Industries preferred), in Finance Systems. Experience with Epicor, Coupa, or ExpenseMe, whilst not mandatory is advantageous
