Key Responsibilities- Coordinate site inspections with client representatives to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct material inspections and review documentation to ensure compliance with project technical requirements.
- Investigate quality non-conformances and implement corrective actions to maintain high-quality standards.
- Assist the Project Superintendent in resolving discrepancies and ambiguities regarding site conditions against drawings and project specifications.
- Prepare and submit inspection reports, including Request for Inspections, Inspection and Test Records, and Isometric Drawings.
- Collaborate with the QA/QC Manager to develop and implement quality control procedures.
- Ensure all works are correctly prepared prior to client inspections, involving daily process site inspections and answering queries from Supervision.
- Review work procedures and method statements for compliance with good work practices and project contract specifications.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in quality assurance and control, preferably with experience in the Oil and Gas Industry. You should possess a Mechanical, Coatings and/or Insulation Inspection Certification under International and/or Australian Quality Standard, as well as ICorr Level 2 Inspector Certification for Insulation and Fireproofing.
