We are seeking an experienced and passionate early childhood educator to join our kindergarten team.
About the Position- This is a fantastic opportunity to work with children ranging in age from 6 weeks to 6 years, providing high-quality education and care programs.
The ideal candidate will be guided by the EYLF and National Quality Standards, with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement play-based, child-led programs that cater to diverse learning needs
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive team environment
- Contribute to ongoing professional development and training to enhance skills and knowledge
Above Award pay rate and sponsorship for 494 visa may be offered to suitable candidates. Successful applicants will be required to work flexible shifts within our operating hours of 7am-6pm.
