About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Architect to join our team as an Assistant Director of Landscape Architecture. This is a unique opportunity to lead and manage landscape architecture projects, providing creative and technical expertise while supporting the Director.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with architecture, engineering, environment, and planning teams to deliver efficient and cost-effective landscape solutions.
  • Lead the design process, including concept, design development, documentation, specification, and report writing.
  • Supervise and mentor less experienced team members, delegating tasks and growing the team.
  • Perform commercial management of landscape design commissions, ensuring timely and budgetary targets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture or equivalent.
  • AILA registration is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of Western Australian environmental conditions and plant knowledge.
  • Proficient skills in Adobe Creative Suite and relevant CAD-based programs.
  • Proven project delivery and project management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong working relationships.
