About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Landscape Architect to join our team at Inspiring Place. As a Senior Landscape Architect, you will be responsible for leading landscape projects from concept through to completion, liaising with Directors to determine appropriate fees and achievable time frames for work, and managing self and staff to deliver projects to agreed time frames and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead landscape projects from concept through to completion
- Liaise with Directors to determine appropriate fees and achievable time frames for work
- Manage self and staff to deliver projects to agreed time frames and budgets
- Undertake contract documentation, specification writing, contract administration, quality control, and OH+S reporting

Key Requirements

- 5 to 10 years' experience in a similar role
- Passionate about design, attention to detail, and being a part of a close and creative team
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills (both graphic and oral)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work to deadlines, prioritise work, and delegate
- Experienced in coordination and working with clients and consultants
- Proficient in Vectorworks, Adobe suite, MS office, Sketch up, hand illustration
- Experienced in preparing 3D visualisations and managing BIM (although not essential)
- Bachelor's Degree/Masters in Landscape Architecture or accepted equivalent experience
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency
- Current driver's licence
