The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Site Supervisor to join our team at Komatsu in Kalgoorlie. As a key member of our Parts Department, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of our site, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and managing a team of Customer Support Representatives.

Your key responsibilities will include managing parts sales, orders, and enquiries, providing staff training and feedback, and identifying areas for improvement. You will also be responsible for managing the CSRs' rosters and ensuring timely and effective service delivery.

Roster and Remuneration

The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday and every 3rd Saturday. You will be rewarded with an annualised wage of $115,000, plus superannuation, a 5% annual bonus, and an on-call allowance.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in team supervision
  • Trade qualifications are highly regarded but not mandatory
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Inventory and warehouse experience desirable
  • Forklift licence desirable
