About the Role

As a Personal Banker in our Retail Banking team, you'll play a key role in delivering a seamless banking experience for our customers. You'll be responsible for meeting each customer's end-to-end financial needs, providing needs-based conversations, and educating them on digital solutions.

You'll be part of a collaborative team and will act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience. You'll be passionate about delivering on our Customer Promises to ensure customers leave the branch as strong advocates of ANZ.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting their end-to-end banking needs.
  • Be part of a collaborative team and act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience.
  • Contribute to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy, and create real customer value.
  • Actively participate in and support bank programs and initiatives.
  • Take responsibility to 'know your customer' from a risk perspective.
  • Ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures.
What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with exceptional customer focus, retail experience, and the ability to multi-task and adapt to change. You'll also need to be willing to work in a collaborative team environment and have a sound understanding of compliance.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to promote technology and digital solutions to customers.
