Job Title: Community Mental Health Assessment Manager

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Community Mental Health Assessment Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional care to clients in the community mental health service, while ensuring effective liaison between all healthcare professionals.

About the Role
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage staff under delegation and lead, direct, and coordinate care in the community mental health service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To undertake the care of clients in the Community Mental Health Assessment Team (CMHAT), ensuring effective liaison between all health professionals.
  • To lead, direct, and coordinate care in the community mental health service.
  • To manage staff under their delegation.
  • To ensure the environmental and work, health and safety management of the service.
