Food and Beverage Team Lead

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Food and Beverage Team Leader to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled leader who can inspire and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that staff are working together as a cohesive unit to provide the highest level of service to our guests. This includes completing opening and closing duties, setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
You will also be responsible for monitoring dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests. Additionally, you will complete work orders for maintenance repairs and submit them to the appropriate department or contact directly for urgent repairs.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. You should also be able to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, protect company assets, and adhere to quality expectations and standards.
