Summer Fun Host Opportunity

Raging Waters Sydney is a top-tier waterpark experience, boasting over 40 epic slides and attractions. Guests of all ages can enjoy wave pools, thrill rides, and our iconic Dinosaur Lagoon, making it the ultimate destination for unforgettable memories.

As a key team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to numerous guests daily, ensuring an enjoyable experience for all park visitors.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver quality service to customers

  • Manage attraction operations safely and efficiently

  • Supervise staff members at all times, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures

  • Maintain high levels of workplace health and safety

  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new policies and procedures

  • Carry out additional duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Age 18+ (required for safety compliance)

  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and public holidays

  • Strong communication skills, confident, clear, and approachable

  • Ability to complete CPR/AED and Standard First Aid training (provided free)

Additional Information:
