Caregiver for People with Disabilities

As a Disability Support Worker, you will be working with people who have physical and intellectual disabilities to promote their independence, community participation, and meaningful relationships in a safe and supportive environment.
This role requires you to interpret client communication needs, healthcare plans, and mealtime guidelines, administer prescribed medication, and document observations.
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, or Community Services (or willingness to complete/enrol)
- Current NDIS Worker Check and Working with Children Check
- Competency-based training in Assist Clients with Medication (HLTHPS006 or equivalent obtained within the last 6 months)
- Senior First Aid Certificate (including CPR)
- Valid Driver's Licence
You will work closely with clients and their families to develop tailored support plans that enhance their quality of life.
