Are you looking to further develop your commercial legal career in a highly regarded banking and finance team?

We are seeking an experienced Associate with 3+ years experience to join our Corporate & Institutional Banking and Finance team. As a key member of the team, you will work on varied, complex and innovative finance transactions including corporate finance, secured and unsecured financing, property and construction finance and other real estate financing transactions, debt capital markets and acquisition finance.

The successful candidate will have:

  • a strong background in front-end banking and finance
  • experience in building and managing client relationships
  • demonstrated ability to deliver client outcomes

Our team works across the full range of corporate and institutional debt finance transactions, advising Australia's major banks as well as numerous other traditional and alternative lenders, corporate borrowers (including listed companies, multi-nationals and privately-owned groups), private equity houses, asset managers and property developers.
