Job Overview

A Commercial Litigation Lawyer will join a collegiate team of mid-tier lawyers in a boutique setting, recommended in Legal 500.

The successful candidate will work on commercial disputes, including franchising law and regulatory investigations.

This role involves collaborating with two leading Partners, one specializing in protecting brand value for market-leading clients and the other focusing on franchising law and commercial disputes.

  • Familiarity with franchising law and regulatory investigations by ACCC and ASIC is highly valued.
  • Experience in Commercial Litigation and being at an Associate/Senior Associate level is essential.
