Key Responsibilities- Supply Chain Planning: Lead sourcing strategy, including strategic and tactical sourcing decisions, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Inventory Management: Implement and maintain effective inventory management strategies to meet DOH targets, including inventory optimization, safety stock management, and inventory control processes.
- Logistics and Repacking: Drive end-to-end innovation projects to maximize operational efficiency, and effectively manage 3PL relationships/performance in both logistics and repacking.
- Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE): Deploy and monitor the implementation of SHE strategies, policies, and guidelines, and control mechanisms for compliance with local regulatory and Unilever requirements.
- Team Management: Develop and support a team of supply chain professionals, fostering their growth and effective communication.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall operational performance.
