The ideal candidate will be responsible for spearheading the company's digital marketing efforts. This includes creating and implementing social media campaigns, composing engaging content for monthly newsletters and educational articles, and analyzing data to report outcomes and present findings and recommendations to management.

This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms, as well as proven success in creating social media strategies, managing accounts, and monitoring engagement. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to multitask effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple social media channels.
  • Creating high-quality content for various platforms, including monthly newsletters and educational articles.
  • Analyzing data and reporting outcomes to inform future marketing decisions.
  • Providing marketing support to the sales team and designing effective communication programs for target markets.

Required qualifications include:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing role.
  • Strong knowledge and/or experience in the design and building industry.
  • Thorough understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
