The Housing and Shelter Support Worker is a vital member of our team, providing direct support to clients in need. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Support: Provide individualized support to clients, including counseling, advocacy, and crisis intervention.
- Program Development: Assist in the development and implementation of programs to meet the needs of clients, such as case management, outreach, and education.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other agencies and organizations to ensure seamless service delivery and maximize resources.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, services provided, and program outcomes.
- Professional Development: Stay up-to-date on best practices, policies, and procedures related to housing and shelter support.
Requirements:
- Education: Diploma in a related human/social service field.
- Experience: Minimum one year recent related experience.
Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: $31.56 – $33.49 per hour, plus shift differentials.

- Vacation Time: Accrued at 6% or in accordance with length of service.
Work Environment:
- Full-Time Position: Three 12-hour shifts (36 hours/week), Sun/Mon/Tue DAYS (7am to 7pm).
