About the Position

The Records Management Administrator will be responsible for leading the training, implementation and administration of our SharePoint Records Management System, ensuring successful user adoption and effective governance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide training to users on the effective use of our records management system
  • Create training materials to support user understanding
  • Support user inquiries regarding the records management system
  • Promote the adoption of our records management system
  • Manage both digital and paper records
  • Develop governance documents to ensure compliance
  • Ensure that all records management activities comply with organizational standards
  • Participate in document management projects to drive business efficiency
  • Analyse system metrics to identify areas for improvement

  • Strong expertise in SharePoint and records management
