We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanic to join our team. As a key member of our operation, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality mechanical work and ADAS calibrations.
You will have the opportunity to work with the latest makes and models, including electric vehicles, and will be supported by a great team and modern workshop.
The OpportunityThis is a permanent, full-time position that requires current experience. You will showcase your specialist technician skills performing a range of responsibilities including diagnosing faults and performing quality checks.
Experience and efficiency with modern scan tools and computers are highly desired.
Monday to Friday, you will have the opportunity to increase your learning and become a valued team member for the long term.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnostics: Diagnose damaged suspension parts and mechanical components.
- Maintenance: Dismantle and fit new mechanical and suspension parts.
- Quality Control: Quality control and inspection of vehicles.
- Testing: Test driving vehicles to ensure they meet quality repair standards.
- Alignment: Perform wheel alignments.
- System Updates: Carry out system updates to diagnostic computers and wheel alignment computers when necessary.
- Part Management: Label parts and store.
- Part Inspection: Check new parts are correct and undamaged.
- Adaptations: Perform any adaptations based on completed diagnoses.
- Cleaning: Clean work bay and workshop areas.
- Experience and training as a qualified Mechanic (essential).
- Commitment to Safety: Strong commitment to safety.
