Overview:

Job Title

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Sourcing Manager to join our team. This senior-level role will oversee the development and execution of category plans aligned with our strategic sourcing goals.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of food ingredient procurement, strong negotiation skills, and a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of 1–3 year category plans, analyzing industry trends, risks, and opportunities to drive category strategies.
  • Build strong partnerships with suppliers, lead negotiations, and oversee supplier performance.
  • Collaborate with Culinary, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance teams to deliver business outcomes.
  • Proven expertise in food ingredient procurement (Dry Goods, Grocery, Food Service).
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to "read" the market.
  • Sound understanding of Commercial and Contract Law.
  • Tertiary qualification in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, and/or Business Administration.
  • 5–7 years' experience in procurement or sourcing, ideally within Manufacturing, Retail, or FMCG.
  • Familiarity with supplier management tools (e.g. ERP, Foods Connected).

Requirements:

  • Mandatory Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualification in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, and/or Business Administration.
  • 5–7 years' experience in procurement or sourcing, ideally within Manufacturing, Retail, or FMCG.
  • Familiarity with supplier management tools (e.g. ERP, Foods Connected).
