About Our Grounds Maintenance Role

We provide professional grounds and property maintenance services across a wide range of sites, including strata blocks, industrial estates, commercial businesses, councils, parks, and disability support facilities.

Our team works with structured programs to meet the unique needs of each client. We're looking for a passionate Grounds Maintenance Professional to join our team in Wollongong.

This role involves maintaining gardens and lawns at residential and commercial sites, performing manual handling tasks, operating relevant equipment (training provided if needed), and prioritizing tasks within a small team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining gardens and lawns at residential and commercial sites

Requirements:
  • Background in property or garden maintenance, including lawn and weed identification
  • Familiarity with operating relevant equipment (training provided if needed)
  • Physically fit for manual handling tasks
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks within a small team
  • Valid driver's licence - minimum P2
  • Confident towing a trailer
  • NDS Worker Screening Check
  • Working with Childrens Check
