Operational Waitlist Supervisor

The role is responsible for leading the operational supervision of the Admissions Department and ensuring it meets key performance indicators.

  • Proven understanding of waitlist management in an admissions office environment.
  • Experience in supervising front-line administrative staff within a healthcare setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clinical and non-clinical staff.
  • High attention to detail for accurate error correction.
