Equipment Maintenance Professional

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to maintaining and improving critical assets in local communities. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on asset condition, supporting Asset Improvement Coordinators, scoping and planning maintenance, shutdowns, and breakdowns.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitoring and reporting on asset condition to ensure optimal performance.
- Supporting Asset Improvement Coordinators with daily tasks and activities.
- Scoping and planning maintenance, shutdowns, and breakdowns to minimize downtime.
- Creating work orders in SAP to streamline processes.
- Participating in Root Cause Analysis to identify and resolve issues.
- Collaborating with multi-discipline teams to achieve common goals.
- Mechanical Trade Qualification with bonus points for Diploma of Engineering or willingness to pursue it.
- Solid mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills to overcome complex challenges.
- A proactive attitude and pride in work to deliver high-quality results.
- Experience in similar roles or readiness to take the next step in your career.
- NSW Driver's Licence and computer literacy to perform job duties effectively.
- A passion for improvement and effective communication skills to collaborate with colleagues.
