Job Overview

This pivotal role entails leading the development, implementation and continuous enhancement of our sustainability assurance methodology in alignment with Australian Standards on Sustainability Assurance Engagements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement and maintain our sustainability assurance methodology in line with emerging standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and respond to complex queries on sustainability assurance engagements from client-facing teams.
  • Collaborate with audit and assurance teams to ensure effective application of assurance methodology in sustainability-related engagements.
  • Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team of sustainability assurance specialists.
  • Monitor changes in the regulatory environment and ensure timely integration into methodology and practice.
  • Support technical learning, including designing and delivering relevant learning programs.
  • Engage in thought leadership projects and contribute to responses to regulatory consultations on sustainability assurance matters.
  • Participate in or lead special assignments, cross-functional initiatives and other technical projects as required.
