Project Director Opportunity

Key Responsibilities- Strategic Project Oversight
- Pre-Tender Phase – documentation, support, assessment, and finalisation
- Construction – superintendency, project claims and certification, reporting, and contract administration
- Project Coordination
- Contract administration including Superintending
- Effective Communication and Stakeholder Management
- Collaborating with Colleagues and Line Managers
- Project Delivery and Execution
- A relevant tertiary qualification
- Must have Australian client-side consultancy experience
- Strong Team Collaboration Skills
- 5-10+ years of project management/development experience (preferable)
- Experience in architecture, engineering, or quantity surveying is ideal
- Front-end delivery experience is essential
- Ability to work proactively and autonomously
- Experience working with design teams, tender and procurement processes, and a sound understanding of construction contract administration
- High attention to detail and organisational skills to ensure project delivery on time and within budget
- Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Relationship Management Skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proven Problem-Solving Skills and Ability to Stay Calm Under Pressure on Complex Projects
