The IELTS Invigilator plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional experience to all customers and upholding the integrity of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service:
    • Elevate customer satisfaction through outstanding service delivery at every touchpoint, from pre-test to post-test.
    • Maintain harmonious relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Offer expert advice on official IELTS preparation tools and IDP services.
    • Support clients from diverse backgrounds and abilities.
    • Foster a collaborative team culture that is innovative and customer-centric.
  • Operations Management:
    • Coordinate test day activities, including customer registration and supervision of the test.
    • Prepare comprehensive test day documents.
    • Update digital databases and records to ensure accuracy and security.
    • Oversee and schedule Speaking tests efficiently.
    • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive materials.
    • Troubleshoot technical issues with hardware and software platforms.
    • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and best practices.
  • Quality and Compliance:
    • Ensure all pre-test, test day, and post-test activities meet IELTS standards.
    • Maintain data security, integrity, and confidentiality.
    • Address any incidents or potential security risks promptly.
    • Complete required training policy acknowledgments.
    • Perform duties professionally, adhering to organisational values.
    • Foster a culture of quality, integrity, and excellence.
