Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Business Analyst to drive a high-impact digital transformation project.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Elicit and document customer requirements for a premium travel and hospitality booking site
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape user journeys and functional specifications
  • Translate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and CX artefacts (e.g. journey maps, wireframes)
  • Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to align stakeholders on vision and delivery priorities
  • Ensure alignment with legal, privacy, payment, and security standards across customer touchpoints

About the Role

  • Proven experience as a BA on luxury travel, hospitality, or high-end ecommerce platforms
  • Demonstrated understanding of online booking systems, payment gateways, loyalty, or personalisation features
  • Able to balance CX thinking with technical feasibility and commercial objectives
  • Agile delivery experience and fluency with tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro
  • Excellent communication skills to simplify complexity for diverse stakeholders
