Workshop Leadership Opportunity

As a highly motivated and organised individual, we're seeking an exceptional Workshop Controller to lead our busy workshop. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician looking to take the next step in their career.

Main Responsibilities
  • Effective staff management and development to ensure high-quality work.
  • Streamlined communication between workshop control and Service advisors to prevent delays and miscommunication with customers.
  • Daily workflow and job allocation to maximise efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintenance of a high standard of work, adhering to industry standards.
  • Verification of technicians' work before leaving the workshop.
  • Customer-centric approach to all activities.
  • Clear communication between technicians and service reception regarding repairs.
  • Creation of a safe environment for staff by promoting WH & S standards.
About You
  • Australian Licence.
  • Previous experience in a Service department (Workshop Controller experience preferred).
  • Trade qualification or equivalent.
  • Strong prioritisation skills.
  • Positive attitude and leadership abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and remain calm under pressure.
