Job Title: Assistant Asset Manager

The Assistant Asset Manager is a pivotal role in ensuring the effective operation and maintenance of assets within our organisation.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership in the management of Planned Preventative Maintenance programs and assets.
  • Maintain financial controls and reporting for PPM programs.
  • Develop and document asset standards and processes.
  • Recommend improvements to operational performance and project manage the implementation of recommendations with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Asset Manager, Operations team, and other stakeholders onboarding new partners and aligning asset management strategies with organisational goals.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering or similar (essential) or Degree in Business/Finance or similar.
  • Track record in a similar role, ideally in demanding and complex environments.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Power BI / Power Pivot / Power Query reporting experience – highly regarded.
  • Strong customer relation skills with total commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Self-starting, able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Full Australian work rights.
