Job Overview

Our organization seeks a seasoned Risk Professional to enhance its risk and compliance capabilities. This pivotal role will spearhead the development and implementation of robust frameworks, ensuring sustainable growth, commercial objectives, and regulatory adherence.

  • Lead the refresh and implementation of group-wide risk and compliance frameworks.
  • Review and refine existing policies, registers, controls, and reporting processes.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for incident and breach management matters.
  • Provide independent challenge and oversight across business units and functions.
  • Develop and present reporting for senior management and governance forums.
  • Stay abreast of regulatory changes and ensure obligations are translated into effective processes.
  • Contribute to a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the development and embedding of scalable risk frameworks.
  • Maintain strong technical knowledge of regulatory frameworks, standards, and risk methodologies.
  • Build, implement, and maintain effective risk management systems.
  • Engage with stakeholders at senior levels, communicating complex ideas clearly.
  • Apply a solutions-focused mindset and work independently.
  • Prior experience in multiple jurisdictions or regulatory environments is advantageous.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in risk, compliance, or governance roles within complex environments.
  • Excellent communication skills with confidence in stakeholder engagement.
  • A pragmatic approach and ability to work independently.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and implement scalable frameworks.
