About You
  1. Tertiary Qualification: Hold a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  2. HR Generalist Experience: Possess experience as an HR Generalist, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  3. Extensive Experience: Demonstrate extensive experience across all aspects of Human Resources, including talent acquisition, workforce planning, and performance management.
  4. Employee Lifecycle: Have experience with the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from recruitment to retirement.
  5. Planning and Organizational Skills: Possess excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  6. Industry Experience: Experience in the scientific, pharma, or related industry would be desirable.
  7. Working Rights: Hold full working rights for Australia.
