About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Packaging Machine Operator to join our team at Regency Park. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery equipment, maintaining a continuous flow of product, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain heavy machinery equipment to ensure efficient production
  • Troubleshoot and monitor palletising automation and machinery to minimize downtime
  • Manage production lines, equipment calibration, and monitoring to optimize performance
  • Prepare and complete accurate records to track production and quality
  • Clean and maintain a safe working environment
  • Committed to quality assurance and completion of quality checks as required
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience with automated machinery, palletising, and robot operation within a food manufacturing environment
  • A mechanically minded individual with a high aptitude in automated equipment operation
  • An understanding of HACCP and GMP with strong attention to detail, safety, and reliability
  • A flexible and energetic approach to ensure the job gets done right the first time while maintaining safe working techniques
  • Experience with SAP is advantageous
