Job Title: Service Manager Victorian Gamblers Help

Are you a compassionate and driven professional seeking a new challenge? We are currently looking for an experienced Service Manager to join our team in Melbourne. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the Victorian Gamblers Help Foundation Services.

The role involves managing programmes within approved budgets, ensuring compliance with all funding body and legislative requirements. You will also develop service-specific processes and guidelines, collect and analyse accurate data relating to programmes, and identify new sources of income or funding streams.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor of Human Services or Master of Social Work
  • Relevant experience in a social service environment
  • A current VIC Drivers Licence
  • Valid VIC Employee Working with Children Check
  • Ability to provide proof of Eligibility to Work in Australia
  1. Maintain positive operational partnership relationships.
  2. Provide management oversight of the Service, ensuring clinical governance requirements are adhered to.
