Job Summary

This role will support the People team in managing the employee lifecycle, payroll, and documentation of processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring employee data is accurate for payroll and reporting requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the employee lifecycle, covering onboarding, off-boarding, and internal movements, while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  2. Apply awards, employment legislation, company policies, and procedures to ensure HR compliance.
  3. Support global payroll processing by ensuring accurate and timely updates to employee data, timesheets, and employment changes across multiple regions.
  4. Develop and distribute regular HR metrics reports, such as WGEA reporting and responding to ad-hoc reporting requests.
  5. Maintain collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders to support business needs.
  6. Support the Head of People & Culture in delivering quality HR practices and initiatives.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in HR operations, generalist HR, or a similar role.
  3. Experience as a super administrator for an HRIS (e.g., Rippling, Workday, BambooHR, Employment Hero, or similar).
  4. Strong knowledge of HR processes, employment laws, best practices, with the ability to understand and interpret awards and employment legislation.
  5. Accuracy and attention to detail in HR documentation and reporting.
  6. Proficiency in payroll-related administrative tasks and HR data management.
  7. Effective communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
