Airport Customer Service Role

Swissport is a global leader in airport ground services and air cargo handling, active in over 269 airports across 47 countries.

As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a vital role in our airport operation, ensuring a positive experience for all passengers between the terminal and the aircraft.

We are a great team of team players working collaboratively with others while prioritizing safety and meeting airline client schedules.

The airport environment is fast-paced and safety-focused, with variable work hours to meet airline schedules, including early starts, late finishes, and weekends.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be focused on delivering exceptional and safe service, have strong personal skills, and be an effective team player.

You should also be committed to learning and personal growth, self-confident, able to stay calm under pressure, and have excellent presentation and grooming skills.

Additionally, you will need to be organized, able to manage your time well, physically capable of handling passenger baggage and maneuvering wheelchairs as required, and hold a driver's license.
