About the Job

  • Develop and translate customer and shopper insights into opportunities with Marketing and Customer Development (CD).
  • Partner with Customer Teams to ensure insights and category growth plans are executed with excellence.
  • Contribute to Innovation target setting and business cases.
  • Help develop Pricing and Promotional strategies for all customers.

Key Skills

  • Ability to analyze and use data to drive insights and decision-making.
  • Experience in FMCG, Retail, or agency, preferably with Customer facing and Category Development experience.
  • Strong Category or Customer experience with a proven track record.
  • Agility, Consumer Love, Bias for Action, Negotiation experience.
