Assistant Manager Role

Employee Development and Engagement:

Support the development of departmental training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills to excel in their roles.

Maintaining Effective Communication Channels:

Cultivate open lines of communication within the organization, including regular updates and feedback mechanisms to ensure seamless collaboration and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Australia work authorization is preferred for this position.
  • The ability to relocate to Bendigo VIC before commencing work is a requirement.
