Job Title: Sales Representative

We're a global leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of ophthalmic lenses, frames and sunglasses.

As a Sales Representative, you will be part of our global community of dedicated employees around the world who drive the transformation of the eyewear and eyecare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Assist customers in finding the right products, answering questions and providing product information.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of cash handling and store operations standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including merchandise displays, shelves and backroom areas.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs.

Requirements:

  • Previous retail experience is an advantage but not necessary.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
