Concrete Laboratory Operations Leader

This role involves leading a team of Concrete Field Testers and laboratory operations in Brisbane.
The Technical Operations Manager will oversee the coordination of field-based concrete testers, laboratory operations, and maintenance. They will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with Australian Standards and NATA requirements.
- Liaise with Quarry Plant Managers to ensure adherence to standards
- Lead field-based concrete testing operations
- Coordinate laboratory maintenance and resource procurement
- Develop data for training plans
- Evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of laboratory operations
- Implement corrective actions and suggestions for improvement
- Process test results and NATA certificates
- Facilitate safety reviews and meetings
- Assume Laboratory Manager duties when required
To succeed in this position, you will need strong analytical skills, excellent interpersonal communication, and sound leadership abilities.
You will also require proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and QESTLab, as well as good written and verbal communication skills.
