Job Title: Case Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Case Manager to deliver exceptional one-to-one services to vulnerable customers.

This role involves supporting customers experiencing financial hardship, including those affected by family and domestic violence.

  • Please note that we require strong interpersonal skills, experience in customer service, preferably within a Call Centre environment.
  • A demonstrated understanding of socio-economic issues affecting disadvantaged communities is essential.
Main Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver case managed services, adhering to our customer service methodology.
  2. Manage customer interactions through inbound and outbound calls with key stakeholders.
  3. Process hardship assessments, negotiate instalment plans, and educate customers on their energy needs.
Required Skills:
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service, preferably in a Call Centre environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Sound knowledge of hardship policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work with diverse groups and cultures, handling confrontational scenarios with resilience.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be empathetic, adaptable, and have excellent communication skills.
